There is something wonderful, if not cathartic, about giving voice to your private pain. There is also something tremendously comforting about being part of a community that truly "gets" how losing your parents affects nearly everything about you.

One of the wonderful, unexpected outcomes of doing media appearances for Always Too Soon has been the incredible interest among so many men and women to create informal support groups to discuss the challenges of raising children without the benefit and support of one’s parents.
